Move. Breathe.

Feel like yourself again.

yoga, breathwork and aerial teacher

Hey, I’m Fredi!

I create spaces where you can feel seen, supported, and at ease.
You don’t need fixing, you need connection.
A chance to slow down, build strength, and find what works for you.

Hi, I’m Frederika,

I’m 31, based in London, and have been calling it home for over a decade, though I originally moved here from Slovakia. I’m half Hungarian, half Slovak, and somewhere along the way, London became the place where things started to click.

I’ve been teaching since 2020, and my approach is pretty simple: slow things down, move with intention, and let the breath lead. I love all kinds of movement, yoga, aerial, reformer, a run along the canal, or hanging off a climbing wall. I’m drawn to movement that feels playful, strong, and freeing, but I always come back to practices that help me feel more present in my body and a little quieter in my mind.

Yoga found me nearly 10 years ago. I’ve lived with anxiety for as long as I can remember, and went through depression in my teens (and it still visits, thanks PMDD). What started as a way to cope became something much deeper, an anchor. A way to reconnect, to build strength and resilience, but also to soften, to pause, and to just be.

I don’t have it all figured out, and I’m not here to be a guru. But I do want to share what I’ve learned, as a small offering of hope and compassion.

Outside the studio, I’m usually making something with my hands. I studied textile design and still love anything creative, fabrics, textures, interiors (I’m currently studying that too). But teaching, and sharing these practices, is what I keep coming back to. It’s the thing that feels most like me.

“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,

there is a field. I'll meet you there.

When the soul lies down in that grass,
The world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase each other
Doesn't make any sense.” — Rumi
